Guidelines:

 

*Waivers/Liability Forms must be turned in by Team Captain 30 minutes prior to your teams 1st game. You will receive t-shirts once forms are handed in.

 

*Rules will be supplied day of tournament and will be posted at score table

 

*CIAC Rules Apply to all High School Students

-Parent/Guardian MUST sign Waiver & Liability Form in order for any High School student or anyone under the age of 18 to participate in Tournament.

 

*Pay online though Paypal, by Cash or by Check (Made out to NNMA). Money must be received no later than May 1, 2015.
